Congratulations on a great year of being Dolphin SMART! We hope you had a successful and rewarding year as a Dolphin SMART Participant. Now, it's time for your annual evaluation and renewal.

Annual evaluation of participants is essential to gauge the program's effectiveness and success, which relies on participants continuing to voluntarily follow the program criteria after receiving recognition.

Please be sure you have taken the following steps to renew your participation in the Dolphin SMART program for next year:

1. Review the current year's Dolphin SMART Framework, and sign the voluntary participation agreement form for the upcoming year.
2. An anonymous Dolphin SMART volunteer will schedule a charter with you and conduct your annual evaluation. At the conclusion of the charter, the volunteer will identify themselves as a Dolphin SMART volunteer and review the evaluation results, noting if there are any areas of concerns and offering recommendations on how to address them.
3. Prior to December 1 of each year, complete this online, interactive training course and take the ten-question quiz. Correctly answering seven of the ten questions is needed to successfully complete the training, and you will have an unlimited number of trials. You will be emailed a personalized certificate of completion, and the Dolphin SMART coordinator will also be notified of your completion.
